- sending Traficom an application for a licence, rating, or other decision,
- applying for a revision of a previous decision,
- or sending information or reports related to a matter that is already pending.

If the matter in question is already pending at Traficom, please make sure to include the relevant diary number (e.g. TRAFICOM/123456/01.01.01/2020) in your message.
