Removal claims without legal basis are rejected

Below are examples of reasons resulting in rejection of the removal claims of fi-domain names:

• claims concerning domain names granted before 2003. 
• website content
• forgetting to renew a domain name
• claiming party's need for a domain name
• claiming party not having a protected name or trademark
• storing a domain name
• selling a domain name
• domain name consisting of someone else's first and last name
• no functional name servers
• agreement to sell a domain name that has not been executed
