Passenger reports about safety deficiencies in commercial air transport

Air passengers can report to Traficom any safety deficiencies they observe in commercial air transport. Reports can be sent by email to lentoturvallisuus@traficom.fi. The address must not be used for submitting complaints about airline customer service, the punctuality of flights, aircraft noise or general dissatisfaction with an airline.

Processing of information

Traficom uses the information it receives to detect safety deficiencies and observe trends. We do not reply to all feedback separately, but we do investigate each report and use the information in our continuous efforts to improve safety.
