Quality policy for flag state activities
The Flag State Directive (2009/21/EC) requires administrations to have a certified quality management system for the operational parts of their flag state-related activities. For this purpose, Traficom’s Transport System Services have developed a quality management system.
Our objective is a safe, environmentally friendly and functioning maritime sector while fulfilling the expectations and needs of the customer. (safety, security and the environment).
Competent and motivated personnel and sufficient human resources are the backbone of our activities (competence and resources).
Our activities comply with our own guidelines and values (integrity).
