The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom’s form for medical certificates for service at sea has been taken into use. The form will replace the previous form by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health. The previous form is no longer in use. However, the previous form can still be used until the end of 2024. Medical examiners of seafarers will be informed of this separately.
