Traficom’s switchboard and registry are official contact channels when you cannot handle your matter through customer service or electronically.

You can call Traficom without any additional charges. For calls and queuing, you will only be charged your own operator’s local network charge or mobile call charge.

All calls made to the switchboard and service numbers are recorded for the purposes of verification, complaints management, service development and quality control. The legal basis for processing is compliance with a legal obligation.

Please check the service number to see when calls will be answered.

Registry

Send your message to the Traficom Registry if e-Services are unavailable and you are

  • sending Traficom an application for a licence, rating, or other decision,
  • applying for a revision of a previous decision, or
  • sending information or reports related to a matter that is already pending.

Documents addressed to Traficom can be left in Traficom’s mailbox on Aurinkoraitti at Opastinsilta 12, 00520 Helsinki, opposite the information desk, on weekdays from 7.00 to 19.00.
