My e-Services
In the My e-Services, you can quickly take care of matters related to vehicles, boats, driving licences and various permits in one place. Please note that some services and forms are only available in Finnish and Swedish.
In My e-Services, you can find information about your vehicles, your boats and your driving licence. You can complete registrations, submit notifications and apply for permits. You can also create a certificate for sale or change the instalment of your vehicle tax.

Vehicles
You can:
- perform first-time registration of a vehicle
- view information on your vehicles
- check the technical data of any vehicle entered in the Transport Register free of charge. Data on a vehicle's owners and history are provided subject to a fee.
- create a digital certificate for selling your vehicle
- change the information registered on your vehicle (e.g. owner and holder)
- commission or decommission a vehicle
- order a registration certificate
- order a special registration plate
- apply for a test plate certificate
- notify or remove a person in charge of use of a vehicle
Vehicle taxation
You can:
- check the vehicle tax information and status of your own vehicles
- pay any tax that is due or overdue using this service.
- change vehicle tax payment
- give your bank account number for tax refunds
- apply for an exemption from the base tax, or transfer the exemption to a different vehicle if necessary or cancel an existing exemption.
- retrieve your tax debt data
- declare the use or non-use of a lorry’s towing device
- apply for transfer of tax liability (organisations)

Driving licences
You can:
- apply for your first driving license,
- upgrade your current driving license with new license categories,
- renew your driving license when its validity expires,
- order a new driving license to replace a lost one,
- view your driving rights information and print a driving license extract,
- check a driver's details,
- apply for a driving instruction permit,
- apply for an age exemption for a driving license,

Professional qualifications in road transport
You can:
- view and print out information on your professional qualifications included in the register
- view and print out information on your initial and periodic training for the professional qualifications of lorry, bus, coach or taxi drivers
- view and print out information on your ADR certificate
- view and print out information on your driver card
- view and print out information on your qualification card
- view and print out information on your taxi driving licence.
Watercraft and vessels
You can:
- view information on your own watercraft or vessels
- change the details of your watercraft in the register (e.g. owner or engine details)
- remove your watercraft from the register
- view official survey and inspection data
- report the correction of defects and shortcomings observed in surveys
- report seagoing service.
Maritime professional competences
You can:
- view and print out your own information from the Register of Seafarers:

- submit electronic applications for certificates of competency.
Traffic medicine
You can apply for approval as an aeromedical examiner, railway doctor or railway psychologist.
Data and information products
From the service, you can order data and information products concerning watercraft.
Checking personal data and prohibiting the disclosure of data
In the service, you can view your valid orders of non-disclosure as well as add and remove orders to prohibit the disclosure of your personal data.
