The Service points — driving licences and permits section provides information about service points that grant driving licences and road traffic permits and organise examinations related to passenger transport and professional qualifications. The Service points — vehicle registration section provides information about vehicle inspection stations providing vehicle registration services. Traficom recommends that customers consult a provider’s website to check the validity of the information before contacting the provider.

The Road transport tab also provides statistics regarding deaths and injuries in traffic accidents. The statistics is updated once a year.

The Service points — watercraft registration section provides information about contracted registrants providing watercraft registration services.

Traficom recommends that customers consult a provider’s website to check the validity of the information before contacting the provider.

The Broadband and telephone tab contains information about fixed and mobile broadband coverage. The tab also contains information on the Fast broadband project which you can filter by construction phase or areas with commercial supply.

Data on the Broadband and telephone tab is updated twice a year. Check the operators’ websites for the most recent information about available fixed broadband connections, for instance.

The Post tab displays the number of postal service points as provided by Posti Ltd by region and municipality, as well as specific service points by service. You can see the locations of postal service points on the map also if you zoom into a specific area. If you click an icon on the map, you can see the exact address of the selected service point as well as offered postal services and related information.

Data on the Post tab is updated weekdays.

The TV and radio tab displays coverage areas of terrestrial TV and radio on the map of Finland. You can filter the data displayed on the map by radio channel, transmitter area or licence holder, for instance. Please note that you cannot use more than one filter simultaneously.

The tab also provides information about radio channels available at the selected address as well as frequencies, transmitter areas and service providers of such channels.

Check the TV network operator Digita's website for the most recent information about multiplexes and TV channels. The information on radio stations is updated daily, while other information is updated a few times a year.

On the Radio microphone frequencies tab, you can search for frequencies that can be used for radio microphones without causing interference with frequencies used by terrestrial TV transmitters. You can choose the place of use by address or by clicking on the map. You can also limit the frequency search by entering a frequency range or a single spot frequency.
