View your radio licence information
In the e-service you can view your valid radio licences as well as the radiocommunications qualification examinations and certificates granted to you. You can also download your radio licence to your device, apply to amend a radio licence or terminate a radio licence.

What can you do in the service?
In the service, you can view all valid radio licences granted to you as well as your radiocommunications qualification examinations and certificates in one place.
The service displays the licence type, licence number, validity period and purpose of use. You can download a copy of your radio licence as a PDF file to your device.
You can also submit an application to amend a radio licence or terminate a radio licence.
What do you need to use the service?
When logging in to the Radio Licence Service, you can choose the role in which you wish to view radio licence details:
- Private individual
- Acting on behalf of another person. In this role, you will also need the Suomi.fi e-Authorization “Application for radio licence and data maintenance”.
- Representative of an organisation. In this role, you will also need the Suomi.fi e-Authorization “Application for radio licence and data maintenance”.
You can log in to the service using strong identification with one of the following:
- online banking credentials
- certificate card (smart card)
- mobile certificate
Proceed as follows
- Step 1
Log in
Select your transaction role and authentication method, then log in to the service. When acting on behalf of another person or a company, make sure you have the required authorisation.

Go to your details
Once logged in, you will see your customer details and a list of the radio licences as well as the qualification examinations and certificates granted to you.

View licence details
Click on the licence you want to view to open its basic details on the screen.
- Step 4
Download your radio licence
You can download the covering letter, the radio licence itself, the technical licence conditions and a combined document of all these as PDF files.
Amend licence details
You can apply to amend a radio licence via the link “Submit change notification”. To submit a change notification, you will need to authenticate yourself again. Complete the fields on the application form in accordance with the instructions provided.
Terminate a licence
You can terminate the licence whose basic details are displayed. A confirmation prompt will be shown before termination. Follow the instructions in the service.
