Certificate of destruction of railway rolling stock

This certificate of destruction shall be attached to the standard registration form when the owner of the vehicle, or another person authorized by the owner, applies for de-registration of the scrapped vehicle. If the vehicle has been scrapped, a scrapping notification must be provided in addition to the certificate of destruction, indicating the time and place of scrapping and the scrapper.
