Submit a video-sharing platform service notification
Video-sharing platform providers located in Finland must submit an electronic video-sharing platform service notification before commencing their operations. This service can also be used to submit notifications related to changes in a provider’s activities or to their termination.

You intend to start providing video-sharing platform services
Video-sharing platform services refer to services or dissociable sections of services which are devoted to providing to the general public programmes or user-generated videos for which the video-sharing platform provider does not have editorial responsibility and whose organisation, including displaying, tagging, and sequencing, is determined by the provider of the video-sharing platform by automatic means, algorithms or other means.

The information you have previously provided to Traficom has changed
Please notify Traficom of any of the following:
- Changes in the contact information of the company / association / entrepreneur providing video-sharing platform services
- Changes related to the designated contact person or the contact person's details
- Changes in the services provided to customers
- Step 3
You intend to terminate the provision of a video-sharing platform service concerned by a previous notification
