Report a non-functioning aid to navigation or defect waterway sign
This page provides instructions on how to report faults or defects in aids to navigation.
If an aid to navigation intended for marking a channel is not functioning in the manner indicated or if any such device has disappeared, been damaged or has drifted or causes confusion for some other reason, anyone who notices the situation shall report it to Traficom.
