Transfer of a watercraft to an unknown party
If your watercraft’s new owner has not submitted a register notification concerning the change of ownership and you as the seller do not know or cannot find out the new owner’s name and address, you can submit a notification of having transferred the craft to an unknown party. This type of notification cannot be submitted for a watercraft that has been lost, abandoned or stolen.
Do the following

Fill in the form
As the transfer date in the register will be entered the date on which reliable account of the transfer was received, not the actual date on which the transfer took place.
Remember to sign the form.

A registration decision and a bill for the registration will be mailed to your home address separately.
