Exemption from technical requirements and demonstrating compliance (not applicable to end-of-series vehicles)

You may apply for an exemption from the technical requirements for a vehicle or demonstrating compliance if there is a special reason for so doing. A requirement for granting the exemption is that it would only minimally increase the risk to safety, health or the environment and not distort competition.
