Notify an address change to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency
If your permanent address, postal address or temporary address in Finland/abroad changes, submit a notification of a change of address to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. Your new address will then be updated automatically from the Population Information System to the Transport Register.
Do the same if you want to enter a PO Box or Poste Restante address in the Transport Register. In this case, you cannot have another address in the Population Information System or you must have a non-disclosure for safety reasons.
