Are you aware of your rights online? Many have their content removed without any justification
Only 28% of consumers know their rights in online services under the Digital Services Act. Only 44% of those whose content had been removed or restricted were given justification for this by the service provider.
New national act on cyber resilience enters into force on 1 June – vulnerabilities must be reported to Traficom from autumn onwards
For the first time, the Cyber Resilience Act introduces product-level cybersecurity requirements for software and hardware placed on the EU market. A national act supplementing the EU regulation enters into force on 1 June 2026 and sets out the procedures to be followed in Finland. It also supplements provisions concerning domain names.
Boating Safety Week encourages people on the water to build a safer boating culture together
The national Boating Safety Week will be held for the first time on 1–7 June. The theme of the week is “Knowledge makes boating safer” and its aim is to improve safety on the water. The week will culminate on 6 June in an open day at Finnish Lifeboat Institution stations around the country.
