Accessibility statement for the radio licensing service

This accessibility statement applies to the Radio Licence Service.

Accessibility status

The radio licensing service partially meets the Level AA requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. Non-compliances with the requirements are mentioned below.

Non-accessible content

The content mentioned below is not accessible for the following reasons: Non-compliance with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services 306/2019

PDF files

• Tags: The PDF files do not contain any tags, so it is impossible to read them using, for example, a screen reader, and their reading order has not been defined. As a result, logos also lack text alternatives and links cannot be activated using only a keyboard. (WCAG 1.1.1, 1.3.1, 1.3.2, 2.1.1)
• Title: A document title has not been defined in the document properties. (WCAG 2.4.2)
• Language definitions: The primary language of the documents has not been defined. In the licenses, the language of texts that deviate from the primary language has also not been defined. (WCAG 3.1.1, 3.1.2)
• Distinguishability of links: Links are not distinguished from the body text in any way, making them difficult for all users to notice. (WCAG 3.2.4)

Enforcement procedure

If you notice accessibility problems on the website, first give feedback to the website administrator. It may take up to 14 days to receive a reply. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive or if you do not receive a response at all within two weeks, you can submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.
