Telephone network numbering

The regulation concerns telecommunications operators minimum obligations to ensure the technical correctness of charging of communications networks and services.

The regulation sets requirements for the correctness of charging, technical implementation of the services, price information of services as well as the implementation of and information on calls for which no fee is charged.

The regulation concerns granting rights to use numbers and identifiers. The regulation lays down the type of numbers and identifiers that may be used in telecommunications and the purpose for which they are to be used. The regulation also defines the procedure on how to apply a number or an identifier.

Regulation on public telephone network numbering

The regulation concerns call barring services that must be provided to the user.

The required barring functions are based either on certain service types according to the service content or on traffic types from which the barring regulation concerns only international calls. The purpose of the regulation is to promote users opportunities to take initiative to restrict the use of the telephone and the costs incurred from the use.
 

Regulation on barring services for subscriber connections

The regulation concerns telephone number portability in public telephone networks.

The regulation defines the telephone number portability obligation and related implementation manner of information service as well as telephone numbers pertaining to portability.
